Fältman Bilcentrum is a Mekonomen car workshop and an authorized SAAB workshop. The company is a small, family-oriented workshop with five employees – three mechanics, one customer service representative, and two dedicated owners. Here, we prioritize joy, well-being, and high professionalism. Fältman has moved into new, modern facilities and is now ready to expand the team with someone who wants to be a key player in our continued development.

As a mechanic with us, you will:

• Perform diagnostics, engine services, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage digital systems and portals in your daily work.
• Contribute to a good work environment and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Fältman is looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4–5 years of experience as a car mechanic and is confident in the role.
• Is eager to develop, solution-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Has good computer skills and can manage digital systems.
• Has a valid driver's license (B) and is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (English is a plus).
• If you have experience with Saab cars, AC work, or electric vehicles, that is a plus.
